Terms and conditions

Who we are

Trent Vapes, 81 Mansfield Road, Nottingham NG1 3FN.

Registered company number 15924072.

Buying from us

You can reserve items online for collection, but the sale isn't made and nothing is charged until you pay in person at the counter.

We may refuse or cancel a reservation — for example if we cannot verify your age, if an item is out of stock, or if we believe it's a proxy purchase.

All sales are to over-18s only, in the UK only.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. The price shown when you reserve is the price you'll pay in store, provided nothing changes stock or pricing before you collect.

Stock and prices change frequently. If we spot an obvious pricing error before you collect, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel the reservation.

Product safety

Nicotine is highly addictive. Our products are not for use by non-smokers, under-18s, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, particularly for charging devices and handling batteries. Keep e-liquids and pouches away from children and pets.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
