Faulty or wrong items

If something is faulty or not what you were sold, bring it back with your receipt and we will replace it or refund you.

Hardware such as pod kits usually carries a manufacturer warranty — bring it in and we will help you claim.

Hygiene exemption

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot take back e-liquids, prefilled pods or nicotine pouches once the seal is broken. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
