Age verification policy
It is illegal to sell nicotine products to anyone under 18 in the UK. We take that seriously in the shop and online.
Challenge 25
We operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25, we will ask for photo ID — in the shop, at the door on a delivery, and at the counter on a collection.
Acceptable ID is a passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS-accredited card. We cannot accept photographs of ID, expired ID, or ID belonging to someone else.
Reserving online
When you reserve, you must enter your date of birth and confirm you are 18 or over. That confirmation is recorded with your reservation.
The declaration alone is not enough. Every reservation is age-checked again when you collect and pay, and our staff record who checked the ID and when.
If we refuse
If you cannot show acceptable ID, we will refuse the sale. Your reservation is simply cancelled — nothing was charged online, so there is nothing to refund.
It is an offence to buy nicotine products on behalf of someone under 18 (proxy purchasing). We will refuse any order we believe is a proxy purchase.
