Challenge 25

We operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25, we will ask for photo ID — in the shop, at the door on a delivery, and at the counter on a collection.

Acceptable ID is a passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS-accredited card. We cannot accept photographs of ID, expired ID, or ID belonging to someone else.

In the shop

All sales happen in store. We check ID at the counter, every time, for anyone who looks under 25.

If we refuse

If you cannot show acceptable ID, we will refuse the sale. Please don't take it personally — our staff are required to ask.

It is an offence to buy nicotine products on behalf of someone under 18 (proxy purchasing). We will refuse any order we believe is a proxy purchase.
